About
Medinas Building is a General Contractor, managing the entire construction project from start to finish, encompassing planning, budgeting, scheduling, hiring subcontractors, overseeing daily site activities, ensuring quality and safety compliance with building codes, managing materials, and serving as the main contact with the client to deliver the project on time and within budget. We specialize in Residential: New home construction, custom builds, remodels, additions, kitchen/bath renovations. ADU. Commercial: Office buildings, retail spaces, restaurants, healthcare facilities.
Horacio Medina- Founder & CEO,
started working as a carpenter with his father at age 16 in the early 2000's building custom homes in the San Gabriel Valley. He became a General Foreman by age 30 and a Superintendent for one of the largest General Contractors in the nation by age 38. In 2025, he became a licensed contractor under Medinas Building LLC. His experience includes working on many award winning projects from High-Rise buildings in DTLA, Hollywood, Westwood and San Bernardino to hospitals, schools, courthouses, theme parks, custom homes, retail stores and more throughout Southern California.
